What is 'Easy Driver' Discount Card?

How does 'Easy Driver' Discount Card work?

Simply scan the QR code on your card. That’s it!

1. You will be directed to our “Categories” screen. Select a service type.
2. A list of participating partners under each category will be displayed.
3. Select a partner, view their offers and choose one.
4. Confirm an offer, and a one-time passcode will appear on your screen.
5. Show the code to your partner, and enjoy the discount.
   

How do I get started?

When you receive your card, simply scan the QR Code and fill out the one-time account registration form. The unique serial number embedded in the QR Code will link to your user details and create a unique user account. Your card is now personalized to you.

Do I need to use the Easy Driver card to get a discount?

Yes. To start the service and to claim a discount, you need to scan the QR Code on your card to generate the one-time passcode. We highly recommend that you keep the card in your wallet or in the car’s glove compartment.

How do partners grant me the discount ?

The partner will verify the passcode  on your screen using the  EASY DRIVER portal provided to them. Upon confirming your passcode's validity and account details, the discount will be applied. Please read the next point.

Can I use the passcode more than once?

No. Each offer has it’s own unique one-time system generated code. You cannot use the passcode for another same-partner offer, nor for another partner, nor more than once.

In such incidents the partner will confirm that the passcode has been rejected by the EASY DRIVER system, and will not be able to apply the discount.

What happens if I loose the passcode?

When you select an offer, you will be promoted to confirm your selection. Once confirmed, a passcode is generated and will appear on your phone screen and cannot be reversed. The offer would reflect in your account and on your screen as redeemed.

We recommend that you take a screen shot in case you accidently close the screen or your phone runs out of battery. You may hold on to it for later, but – Remember! that each passcode is specific to each individual offer and cannot be used for any other offer. Please refer to the above point.

What happens if I loose my Easy Driver card?

Please contact us on the below provided WhatsApp number or email, and we will be glad to issue a new card for your account and deliver it for a nominal fee.

How many times can I use my Easy Driver card?

You can use your card as many times as you want. All offers are available for redemption with no limitation.

Can I combine an Easy Driver offer with another partner or Easy Driver offer?

You may redeem different offers when visiting a partner, but you cannot combine other partner offers to Easy Driver offers, nor combine Easy Driver offers.

What is the validity of the Easy Driver card?

Your card is valid for 12 months from the date of scanning the QR Code and submitting your one-time account registration form. 

What happens when my 12 months expire?

We will remind you in advance, to insure that your service is not interrupted. Upon your confirmation; a new 12 months validity card will be issued and delivered against an annual card fee.
